READ: 2 Timothy 2:1-2
1 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
KEY THOUGHT:
What is the greatest challenge you’ve been given? What challenge do you fear the most? One of the greatest challenges given to me was speaking to strangers. I can still remember a Pastor challenging me early in my Christian life to consider teaching a Sunday School class. It was a calling that I felt strongly came from God. But I was very anxious about it. By the grace of God, He helped me conquer my fears and take the challenge on. Now, many, many years later, I’m still given the challenge and taking it on. It’s a similar challenge that the apostle Paul gives to Timothy, and one that you should consider… passing on what you learn to others so that they can teach others also. Are you challenged to teach, or to do something else for God? You can meet that challenge through the strength found in the grace that is in Christ.

- Have you felt God calling you to do something specific? How have you responded?
- How can you be prepared to take on the next challenge you’re given as a Christian?
